when you deactivate it. it has a 10 seconds cooldown before you can reactivate it.

Its totally imba.

firstly its cost is extremely low.
And -27hp/sec is no big deal.
When you use it you gain 475hp and 0.75hp/sec.Which takes 18 seconds to damage it off.

If you are a str hero.You gain 65 damage.
The total ehp you gain is 475+(0.06%x5+1)=617.5+1.3 of current hp.

just dun use it when you are low life. the 475 hp gain will increase by the % of your current life over the max life only. so its not a direct 475 hp increase.

the 27dmg /sec won't kill you or deny yourself like rot. it just leaves you with 1 hp.

Since it is not seen in league anymore... They changed it.They increased its price from 1530 to 1850.
The activatable skill is great.
+10 str = 190 hp
+10 int = 130 int
+10 agi = 10% AS + 0.7Armour

But remember. 190hp/130mp is increase by the % of your remaining life over your max life.
meaning ... if you have 1000 hp left and your max hp is 2000 which is 50% left.
you change to str and your health increase is only 50%
so you will gain 95 hp.
something like that.
So if you think your hero will need alot of mana/health/AS against a certain hero. You can change it.Or if you are running/chasing/ and you have not enough hp/mp, you can change too.

Good points->
By getting 2 Javelin first, you have more dmg to kill/farm/last hit.
You can get it in any order now. Last time we have to get the recipe last.

Bad points->
Quaterstaff is cheaper and easier to get.
Quaterstaff can be used for a bfly/oblivian if there is a need for change of build.

BoT is just imba.

Magic immune for 10 seconds cd has been reduced to 85 seconds.

same thing with the BoT and blink combo. Too many people flying around.

* Improved Bloodstone's charge regeneration rates
i'm playing single player so i don't know how much increase is that.

From 75 to 25

After spamming some people and you wish to return to base.but... your mana is not enough to use midas which requires spamming.
i've had rough times with this item too.but no one just seems to use it.
Anyway its price reduced to because of Glove os Haste
so its price is from 2010 to 1950.

* Lowered mana cost on Helm of the Dominator

From 200 to 75

I find it quite stupid to have a mana cost of 200 just to control a creep.
I used to play this item with Naix,PA and Lycan. whose mana is kinda low to control a freaking centuar/bear.
Now...
75 mana is no problem =D
its cooldown is still too long. maybe reduce it a little?

* Purchasing Bottle fills it to 2/3 instead of to maximum.

Another favourite item which is used it league.
and that stupid combo which allow people to stay in lane forever by selling the bottle to the secret shop and buying a new one.350 gold for 600 hp and 300 mana is worth it.Now we use a crow to send it back and forth anyway.


* Lowered Eaglehorn price from 3400 to 3300 gold

Too high.the second highest base item.25 agi for 3400 is just stupid. Agi isn't favourable anyway.
Reaver should be the most ex.

Its still to ex though.
but 24 second 800 damage nuke is gay.

ok... wad happened today...

mike came to my house too early so i told him to wait downstairs till my parents wake up. haha.
he was bored. so my mom told him to quickly come up.
poor thing!

then we went ws to buy cards. then to loyang.
we waited for bus 6 for 40mins!?!?!! and no bus came
so we took 17. which was 8 minutes. and as we got on the bus . 6 haven't came yet.
wow. everyone holiday ?

then we went to mike house to play majong,ps2,xbox,cards and installed wc for him =d


someone bought something!1 for her and 1 for him.
sigh...i miss the feeling of spending money for a girl.
it doesn't hurt as the money is wasted. its just feel great as u think the girl will be happy.
