New dota map is here

i think this whole map is... no word can explain it.

its gonna change the whole meta game again.

Hero Changes:
-------------
* Removed manacost on Mana Shield activation

It should be. but not much difference.25 mana is nothing much.(2 int points covers it) but for situational changes it may cost alot.

* Changed Leap's cooldown to scale with levels

Maybe they just hate leap so it gets nerfed 100000 times.

Now it goes from 20 seconds in all level to 40/35/30/25

* Improved Juggernaut's movement speed


A drastic 10 ms difference. below ave. ms for a hero with no escape/chasing mechanism ( i dun count bladefury as one) and a skill which needs to follow enemies.

* Implemented a better silencing mechanism in the Black Hole area to prevent spell execution regardless of cast animation time.

Damn. Now enigma's black hole can't be stopped once you are inside.

* Lowered Drow Ranger's Agility gain per level

From 2.9 to 1.9. owned.

* Changed Drow Ranger's Marksmanship ultimate

Here's the good news.
Her ulti adds 10/20/30 agi per lvl like centuar
* Increased Morphling's base damage

14->29 now its easier to last hit w/o putting to agi

* Macropyre's cooldown no longer increases per level

Its currently the only ulti which cooldown increases per lvl.
Now it stays at 60 per lvl from 60/75/90

* Added an extra bounce to Chain Frost

Great addition to lich.6 bounces to 7 bounces wow.

* Reduced Sprint's damage amplification

THEY HALFED IT. 20% to 10%. Wow. It may be quite effective now.

* Increased Maledict's area of effect by 15

165 AoE is still SMALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

* Changed Spectre's Dispersion

Goodbye Visage.Hi Spectre the new tank.

From % to return damage. it has become 100% 5/10/15/20% dmg return

* Redesigned Visage

* Improved casting range on Acid Spray

10 seconds and 75 mana cost? Pit lord , its time to burst some corpse.

its too slow

* Improved Scattershot's damage range from 10-35 to 20-35

=O its a new farming tool!

* Improved Alchemist's base Intelligence and growth

17+1 to 25+1.8!? He needs an str boost now.

* Slightly improved Psi Blades' spill width and range

40/80/120 range->50/100/150/200 range

although i think templar will be gone.

* Improved Chemical Rage

5/10/15 ms, lasts 20 seconds, 200/400/600 hp, 3/6/12 mana/sec regen->60 ms all levels, lasts 25 seconds, 350/70/1050 hp, 3/7.5/12 mana/sec regen

Is alchemist playable yet?

* Increased Phantom Lancer's Strength gain

1.5 to 2 per lvl.
This makes his illu harder to kill

* Increased cooldown on Psionic Trap from 7 to 14 seconds

BIG BIG BIG BIG NERF for templar.
He's dead i tell you

* Improved lifesteal on level 2 and 3 Insatiable Hunger

40/50/60%, 60 second cd->40/60/80%, 60/45/30 sec cd

it still gets purge away anyway.

* Reduced Replicate's manacost and cooldown

120 sec cd, 125 mana->80 sec cd, 25 mana

i also think tt morphling's ulti mana cost and cd is too freaking high for just a simple illu which dies by purge.

* Improved Troll's base movement speed

285 to 300. same like jugg.. without any escape mechanism or chasing mechanism it should have good ms.

* Decreased Rampage's movement speed bonus and cooldown

7/9/11% MS bonus with 90/80/70 seconds cooldown ->5/7/9% MS bonus with 55 seconds cooldown.
The cooldown difference is crazy.
With perma bash on you don't care abt the ms change.
I think there are too many eul and purge around

* Improved Spirit Bear's Demolish

i need to check this out. =P


* Increased Lightning Storm's cooldown by 2 seconds

5 seconds is too short. I've seem it being spammed.

* Reduced cooldown on level 4 Metamorphosis from 135 to 110 seconds

This should be done earlier.
maybe increase the duration and decrease the mana cost or smth.

* Reduced Lina's movement speed by 5

i dunno what is this for

200/250/300/350 AoE and 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2 invis delay time, 40 seconds cooldown->300/350/400/550 AoE and 0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 invis delay time, 40/35/30/25 cd

Its not tt reliable either.

* Improved range on Drow Ranger's Trueshot Aura

He already has a armor + skill

* Improved Enigma's movement speed

now he won't have problem chasing with tt fat body

ITS TOO SLOW.

* Improved Enfeeble

Damage reduction: 20/40/60/80%->30/60/90/120%

One of bane's most useless skill has been more imba as it doesn't decrease item damage increase

* Improved Auto Fire's area of effect and duration

Another useless skill nerfed
125 AoE, 5 sec->200 AoE, 8 sec

* Reduced Queen of Pain's Blink range at early levels

Maybe they just like to kill blink.


* Improved Earthshaker's movement speed

With the new blink it needs the ms boost

* Zombies now give a bit less bounty

i've seen people farming solely on it.They own.
An AoE completely rapes them and gain 200 gold.

* Reduced Gravechill's cooldown a bit

25 sec->18 sec
its cd is just too long.

* Increased Primal Roar's cooldown a little bit

60 sec->70/65/60 sec

now its un spammable

* Eclipse's damage is based on Lucent Beam level and doesn't ministun
* Lucent Beam ministun duration increases per level (0.6 level 4 up from a constant 0.01)
0.01 sec->0.01/0.1/0.3/0.6


* Lowered Eclipse's manacost and gave it constant cooldown progression
250/350/450 mana, 140/120/100 sec->150/200/250 mana, 140 sec
* Increased Lucent Beam's casting range and lowered manacost slightly

HUGE HUGE HUGE CHANGE ON LUNA.
since icefrog noticed its imbaness and now the new HoM has + 20 dmg. it deserves to go.

* Rebalanced Pit of Malice
* Increased AOE on Firestorm
* Reduced the search area for Omnislash
* Changed Bloodrage's stats a bit
* Lowered level 1 Mana Void's manacost
* Lowered Exorcism's damage return threshold and cooldown
* Restored Bone Fletcher's old Wind Walk speed bonus
* Lowered Geminate's attack cooldown
* Slightly improved how Medusa's Purge levels
