yesterday mike's internet didn't work. so we called linksys together this is how it goes.

Linksys : How may i help you?
Me: Oh my friend's internet is not working since the afternoon.
Linksys : So you are not online and not connected to the internet. ok. Tell me your model number.
*Pause for a minute*
Me: MIKE!
Mike: oh oh. ummm... M65R4
Linksys: Sir, thats your serial number. i want your model number!
Mike : oh sorry.
*pause for another minute*
Mike : Where do i find it??
Linksys: it is under the router sir.
Mike : Oh. *gives serial number*
Linksys: Ok. who is your internet service provider?
Mike : My father.
Linksys: I'm Sorry?!
Mike: Huh?
Me: STARHUB OR PACIFIC NET LA!
Mike: oh! SINGTEL!!!
Linksys: I'm sorry?
Mike: SINGTEL!!!
Linksys: Singnet or Singtel?
Mike: SINGTEL!!!!
