Ok. next discussion will be Sniper.which is almost unplayable.
lets look at its good points.
-Longest Range in game.
-High Agi Gain
-Long Range,10 sec cd 655 damage ulti.
-High DPS increase skill.
-Fast missle speed.Easy Last Hit.
Ok now to counter all the good points
Longest range in game?Why?
Take Aim
Passively enhances the range of Kardel's rifle.
Level 1 - Adds 55 range.
Level 2 - Adds 110 range.
Level 3 - Adds 165 range.
Level 4 - Adds 220 range.
Passive.
Coz of this skill. But wait. you only need 3 levels of this. Why? level 4 adds 220 range which total ups to 770 range. Thats alot rite? BUT. its higher than your line of sight. Meaning. as long as there is no one infront of you. you cannot hit something at your max range. Rubbish rite?Why give a gun that you can't even use to shoot something when you say it can shoot that far.
Secondly, long range meaning more misses.And you get pawned by all the gay blinkers (Morphling,QoP,Sandking)
High Agi Gain?Many heros have that.

Assassinate (T)
Take time to draw a bead, and then deal a large amount of damage to the target at a huge range.
Level 1 - Deals 355 damage at 1500 range, 1.7 seconds casting time.
Level 2 - Deals 505 damage at 2000 range, 1.6 seconds casting time.
Level 3 - Deals 655 damage at 2500 range, 1.5 seconds casting time.
Mana Cost: 175 / 275 / 375
Cooldown: 30 / 20 / 10
nuff said.
people say that its used for final blow when someone runs away. Why bother when you can't even lower the guys life and you are gonna die. Yeah and like by 1.5 second that guy wouldn't run out of fog.So whats its use?KSing. at least remove the buff on the target or something.

Wow.another MKB bash. so lets calculate.
40/100 = 2.5 hits per headshot.
50dmg/2.5hits=20
DPH increase = 20
0.0 wtf?i'd rather like buy a hammer and not pump this skill. or just settle with a mkb.
Fast missle speed and easy last hit.
nubs require this.well... melee heros still last hit as good as sniper and sniper miss lots in mid.
Overall Bad points-
Low Hp.
Below Average ms.
Useless ulti.
Two Useless skills.(Scatter still can be used i think -.-)
Low Mana to Spam Assasinaite and Scatter.
No Escape/Chasing Mechanism
Easily countered.
So... Mr.FrozenTadpole,aka Icefrog, do something abt this plz.
